PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

for cooperation with the online platform KaravanBazar.uz

(Online Seller Terms of Service)

Sole Proprietor Sodiqova Gulchexra Ilxom qizi, TIN: 530728298, acting under the certificate of state registration, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, hereby publishes this public offer for any individual or legal entity wishing to list and sell products on the KaravanBazar.uz platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The Administration provides the Seller with access to the platform KaravanBazar.uz for the purpose of listing and selling goods.

1.2. The Seller may list both physical and non-physical (digital) products, such as downloadable files (PDF, images, videos, audio), online services (consultations, courses), bookings, and access to private content.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

2.1. To start using the platform, the Seller must register and agree to the terms of this public offer.

2.2. The Administration reserves the right to request documents verifying the Seller’s identity and/or legal status (sole proprietorship, self-employment certificate, mahalla letter, etc.).

3. PRODUCT LISTING

3.1. The Seller is responsible for independently creating listings, uploading images, descriptions, and pricing, and ensuring the accuracy of all information.

3.2. It is strictly prohibited to list products that are illegal, counterfeit, violate copyright laws, or are banned under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any listings without explanation.

3.4. The Seller is permitted to list digital products and online services, including but not limited to: educational materials, e-books, templates, audio, video, consultations, bookings, and access to virtual content.

3.5. For non-physical products, the Seller must ensure timely and accurate digital delivery to the buyer — via download link, email, direct message, or platform tools.

4. PAYMENTS, COMMISSION AND DISBURSEMENTS

4.1. Services such as product listing, promotion, subscription, and advertising are charged according to the current pricing plans published on KaravanBazar.uz.

4.2. A 3% commission is deducted from each successful transaction. This fee covers marketing, platform maintenance, payment processing, and service costs.

4.3. Sellers may list products without providing legal documents; however, payouts are only made upon submission of at least one of the following:

Mahalla letter confirming business activity (one-time payout only);
Certificate of sole proprietorship;
Legal business registration;
Certificate of self-employment (patent.uz or equivalent).

4.4. Payout based on a mahalla letter may be made once only. To receive further payouts, the Seller must register as a sole proprietor or obtain legal self-employed status.

4.5. Until valid documents are provided, the Administration reserves the right to withhold the full sale amount (excluding the 3% commission), with no obligation to pay out.

4.6. All payments are made via bank transfer to the Seller’s account after verification of their legal status.

5. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT HANDLING

5.1. The Seller may:

Handle their own delivery;
Or use official delivery services integrated with KaravanBazar.uz (CDEK, EMS, BTS, etc.).

5.2. When accepting payment via the platform, payment processing fees (acquiring) are automatically deducted and are included in the 3% commission.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Seller is fully responsible for the product’s quality, accuracy, and fulfillment of obligations toward the buyer.

6.2. The Administration is not a party to any sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer and bears no responsibility for disputes between them.

6.3. The Administration may suspend or delete a Seller’s account in the event of violations without prior notice or compensation.

7. TERM AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

7.1. This public offer becomes effective upon the Seller’s registration on the platform and remains valid indefinitely.

7.2. The Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7.3. The Seller may terminate cooperation at any time by notifying the Administration.
